A great addition to a must read series!
Wow...ok we all fell in love with Horse then Ruger but wow I fell hard for Liam aka Hunter.
Ok yall this is the story of Emmy and Liam aka Hunter. We learned about their story in book two but this gives us all the sexy details. Emmy is the daughter of Picnic the Reapers MC president. She is a shy girl who at the age of 22 has never really had a boyfriend as her father and his club runs them all off. Yet she meets Liam online and falls in love with him. Yet, she is shocked to find out that Liam aka Hunter is a member of the Devil Jacks the rivalry MC of the Reapers.
After falling for Emmy he knows he has to break her heart. He has kidnapped her and treated her badly, with each action it breaks his heart. He really did fall for her. Yet, could he ever let her go? Could she ever forgive him and love him again?
Joanna truly wrote such a great relationship between Emmy and Liam. The passion is hot and steamy yet she brings so much more. Emmy is a tough cookie that was raised in the MC. She knows how to handle herself and ahe fights foe the ones she loves to the very end. The banter between her and Liam is laugh out loud hysterical. She doesnt hold back.
Liam had me laughing as well. He is so cocky and arrogant that he makes you smile. You see hus heart transform from cold and distant to a loving and vulnerable. He loves her with every breathe and Joanna writes this so you feel it. You definitely find yourself smiling throughout the story. Liam is the man who will peotect whats his and wont stand down. Definitely a biker book boyfriend. I cany wait to see where the nect book takes us. If you havent read the series GO BUY IT NOW! You will absolutely love it. Great job Joanna! Devil's Game will definitely be added to my favorites list
